Serenity Gardens Home Health Care, ltd​ started with 3 simple premises:

1. Give our senior loved ones the care that they desire. 
2. Make available to every senior, disabled, veteran and/or low income elderly client, the health resources needed to live a healthy, active and long life. 
3. Provide comprehensive supports that help maintain at home independence. 

This same idea still drives us today, over 6 years later. The track record we've accumulated over the years speaks to our commitment to clients, their families, and the community at large. Our team of professionals are trained/certifiedin Dementia & Alzheimer's Care, Veteran Care, Senior and Disabled Care.

We are also unique in that we are a Full Service Home Healthcare Agency. We not only provide Skilled Nursing, but we also provide Independent Living, Personal & Companion Care, Homemaker services and Caregiver Relief (Respite).

Our affiliate company also provides Remote Emergency Monitoring, Chore Services, Transportation, Minor Home Repair, Home Medical Equipment and Home Medical Supplies. 

Our services also include Complete Care Management, which means we partner/coordinate with your doctor(s) & other medical professionals, as well as advocate/liaise with your insurance company. We also help you get the benefits you need to help offset/eliminate service payments via Benefit Assessment(s) and direct agency Benefit Application & submissions.

Our team is second to none, because Patience, Compassion and Understanding  is at our core. 85% of our team has had firsthand experience caring for loved ones who were Elderly, Disabled and/or Veterans who were diagnosed with Dementia, Alzheimer, a Chronic and/or terminal Illness.
